By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.  

All appointments are reserved specifically for you and require a valid credit card on file to secure.

• Upon booking new  clients will receive digital intake and consent forms via email
• These forms must be completed prior to your appointment. This ensures we can deliver safe, effective, and fully customized care

Appointments are available by reservation only. We do not accept walk-ins.

We understand that life happens — and we’re here to work with you when things come up. However, because your appointment time is held exclusively for you, we ask for the following:

• Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice
• Changes made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of future booking privileges.

Please arrive on time to ensure the full length of your scheduled treatment.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have services adjusted or shortened to avoid delaying the next guest
• If you are too late to be accommodated, the appointment may be marked as a no-show, and fees will apply

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in and enjoy the space.

We stand behind the quality of our services and products, but we do not offer refunds on any services rendered.

• Services are non-refundable
• Treatment packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Retail products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging

• One customized advanced skincare service per month

• 10% off retail purchases and additional skincare services

• Early access to select promotions and booking windows

Duo Tan Membership

• Two full-body sunless tans per month

• Additional tans available at a member-only rate

• Tans must be used within the month — no rollover

Forever Tan Membership

• Unlimited sunless tanning (1 tan per 7-day period)

• Ideal for those seeking consistent glow year-round

• Policy abuse (multiple tans within short timeframes) may result in cancellation

To maintain a peaceful and professional treatment environment:

• Only the individual receiving the service may enter the treatment room
• We kindly ask that children and additional guests do not attend appointments
• Service animals are welcome; pets are not permitted due to health and safety regulations
